Đăng ký sử dụng phương thức electronic transaction
1. Người sử dụng lao động lập Request for application of electronic transactions in the field of social insurance theo Mẫu số 01/ĐK-GD tại Phụ lục ban hành kèm theo Quyết định này và gửi đến the web portal of Vietnam Social Insurance Office.
2. Trong thời hạn 03 ngày làm việc, kể từ ngày nhận được Request for application of electronic transactions in the field of social insurance của người sử dụng lao động, trường hợp chấp thuận, Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam thông báo kèm theo việc cấp tài khoản để thực hiện electronic transaction qua địa chỉ thư điện tử của người sử dụng lao động; trường hợp không chấp thuận, Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam thông báo lý do cho người sử dụng lao động.
