Article 16. Compensation for damage caused by breach of contract Except in cases of force majeure as defined in article 18 of this Chapter, if the contractor does not perform part or all of the contents in the work under the contract within the time limit stated in the contract, the owner may be deducted from the contract price a sum of compensation corresponding to the value% slow work performed as prescribed in the ĐKCT calculated for each week of delay implementation or other period as agreed until the work that is done. The owner will withhold up to% as specified in ĐKCT. When it reaches the maximum level, the investor may consider termination of the contract under the provisions of article 17 of this Chapter.
