- Nghị định số 15/2015/NĐ- CP ngày 14/2/2015 của Chính phủ về đầu tư theo hình thức đối tác công tư. Đây là lần đầu tiên có một Nghị định quy định riêng, tạo ra một cơ sở pháp lý đầy đủ hơn cho chương trình PPP mà Chính phủ đặt ra; thể hiện sự cam kết mạnh mẽ của Chính phủ trong cải cách và tạo cơ hội cho khối doanh nghiệp tư nhân (cả trong và ngoài nước) tham gia đầu tư các dự án của Nhà nước. -Decree No. 15/2015/ND-CP dated 14/2/2015 of the Government on investment in the form of public private partnership. This is the first time there is a decree, creating a more complete legal basis for PPP program that the Government puts out; demonstrates the strong commitment of the Government in the reform and create opportunities for private businesses (both in and outside the country) to participate in investment projects of the State.
