Nhận xét chung: Nhà thầu đã thi công với tinh thần trách nhiệm và sự chuyên nghiệp cao nhất của mình khi không bị động, chây ỳ, đợi chủ đầu tư, tư vấn thiết kế chỉ thị, xác nhận khối lượng phát sinh, điều chỉnh giá trị hợp đồng mới triển khai thi công mà Nhà thầu đã chủ động trong mọi việc về phối hợp, đề xuất và hội ý với các bên trong mọi giải pháp kỹ thuật để khắc phục điều kiện thi công phù hợp theo thực tế nhưng vẫn đảm bảo chất lượng công trình và tiến độ theo kế hoạch của Chủ đầu tư. Đến nay, công trình đã cơ bản hoàn thành, Công ty SPQD báo cáo và đề nghị Chủ đầu tư tổ chức nghiệm thu cho Nhà thầu thi công, đồng thời chủ trì các bên liên quan xem xét, xác nhận khối lượng thực tế thi công tăng-giảm so với hợp đồng để làm cơ sở thanh quyết toán công trình.
