** Ban Giám Đốc:
+ Giám Đốc (01 người): là người có quyền cao nhất của khách sạn và quản lý khách sạn về mọi mặt của công việc. Là người chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ mọi hoạt động của khách sạn. Nắm bắt tình hình và đề ra các biện pháp cần thiết quyết định cơ cấu tổ chức, cân nhắc sa thải, đề bạt, tuyển dụng, phân rõ quyền hạn của từng bộ phận.
