hy lạp là một quốc gia thuộc khu vực châu âu, là nước có nền văn hóa đa dạng và có nền văn minh lớn. khi nhắc đến đất nước hy lạp cổ đại, ai cũng nghĩ đến hình tượng một đất nước thịnh vượng trong những năm trước công nguyên và những câu chuyện thần thoại hy lạp rất nổi tiếng trên thế giới. tuy nhiên, hy lạp của hiện tại lại rất khác biệt so với quá khứ. ngày nay, khi nhắc đến hy lạp thì mọi người lại nghĩ đến khoản nợ công 271 tỉ USD mà hy lạp đang phải gánh chịu. Năm 2008, cuộc khủng hoảng kinh tế thế giới khiến nền kinh tế chao đảo, cho đến nay chưa kịp khôi phục hoàn toàn. Năm 2010, nợ công vượt quá cao so với mức an toàn ở những nền kinh tế phát triển, đang trở thành chủ đề nóng bởi đó là yếu tố có nguy cơ đe dọa những dấu hiệu phục hồi của nền kinh tế toàn cầu, làm lo ngại tới viễn cảnh nền kinh tế một lần nữa lại rơi vào tình trạng suy giảm. Cuộc khủng hoảng nợ công tại Hy Lap hiện nay được coi là tâm chấn với sức ảnh hưởng lớn và đang có nguy cơ lan tỏa sang nhiều nền kinh tế khác. Do đó, việc đi sâu tìm hiểu về Nợ công của Hy Lạp mang tính thời sự và rất cần thiết. Thông qua bài nghiên cứu này, chúng em cũng có cái nhìn toàn diện hơn về nguyên nhân, diễn biến, hậu quả của cuộc khủng hoảng nợ công, đồng thời rút ra được nhiều bài học tác động đối với Việt nam
