Ngày 5 hàng tháng, Ban QLTC – Trung tâm KHDN bàn giao toàn bộ danh sách khách hàng phải thu cước tháng (n-1) trong kỳ thu tháng N cho phòng tài chính công ty theo form mẫu (BM.01.1/QL.TC), danh sách khách hàng phải thu bản ký duyệt. Đối với khách hàng phát sinh mới phải scan bản hợp đồng và xác nhận của Ngân hàng đính kèm. (Danh sách gửi bản cứng có đủ chữ ký các bộ phận và File excel đính kèm).
