Ngoài ra, khi tham gia và trở thành thành viên của một công ty, tôi có thể gặp vấn đề về văn hóa của công ty đó. Khi đó cần có cách giải quyết phù hợp và nhanh chóng thích nghi với môi trường làm việc, nếu không sẽ gây ảnh hưởng đến năng suất làm việc và uy tín của tôi.
