Chương này của luận văn tập trung vào việc mô tả phương pháp nghiên cứu mà tôi đã lựa chọn để nghiên cứu thực trạng, môi trường kinh doanh và chiến lược kinh doanh của Công ty Cổ phần Chế tạo máy Vinacomin, trên cơ sở đó đánh giá kết quả của chiến lược kinh doanh và đề xuất các giải pháp hoàn thiện chiến lược kinh doanh. Các phương pháp sử dụng là nghiên cứu định tính dựa trên việc thu thập dữ liệu thứ cấp và sử dụng các mô hình phân tích đã được công nhận để áp dụng vào trong nghiên cứu này như công cụ phân tích PESLTE, SWOT, mô hình năm áp lực cạnh tranh của Porter.

CHAPTER 3: RESEARCH METHODSThis chapter of the thesis focuses on the description of the research methodology that I have chosen to study the real situation, the business environment and business strategies of Engineering Corporation Vinacomin, based on that assessment of business strategies and propose solutions to improve business strategy. The method used is qualitative research based on the collection of secondary data and using the analytical models were recognized to apply to in this study as analysis tools SWOT, PESLTE, model, Porter's competitive pressures.
