Cấp giấy chứng nhận : sự sẵn sàng sản xuất chính thức được quyết định bởi sự hoàn thành tốt việc sản xuất thứ …… ( số giờ), cách dùng công nghệ nhận đươc theo hợp đồng này. Việc kiểm tra hợp đồng này được tiến hành trước hoặc đúng ngày mà hai bên thỏa thuận ở mục 4.4. Dựa vào hoàn thành tốt giai đoạn chạy thử mà bên nhận và bên giao sẽ đưa ra một giấy phép sẵn sàng sản xuất chính thức do hai bên cùng ký. Mẫu của giấy chứng nhận được ghi ở phần phụ lục C.
Thất bại trong việc thử và chậm trễ trong việc thử lại: nếu việc sản xuất thử bị thất bại, các bên ký kết thỏa thuận sẽ cố gắng hết sức và không chậm trễ để sửa chữa bất kỳ sai sót nào trong việc ứng dụng công nghệ.
Nếu việc sản xuất thử, việc cấp giấy chứng nhận sẵn sàng sản xuất chính thức hay việc lập lại quá trình sản xuất thử đã thất bại bị quá chậm trễ do trách nhiệm của một bên, thì bên kia có quyền yêu cầu đòi bồi thường thiệt hại trong tổng số ………. ( số tiền) ……… loại tiền/ngày, bên không gây chậm trễ có quyền kết thúc hợp đồng
