môi trường là tất cả những thứ trên trái đất như:đất, nước, không khí,cây cối...môi trường rất quan trọng đối với tất cả các loài sinh vật trên trái đất, bao gồm cả con người. nhưng bây giờ môi trường đang bị tàn phá nặng nề bởi nhiều nguyên nhân khác nhau
hiện nay khi đi ra đường bạn có thể thấy những đống rác nằm ngay ven đường bốc mùi rất khó chịu. có nhiều người vứt rác bừa bãi không đúng nơi quy định. có những con sông bị ô nhiễm vì lượng rác thải quá nhiều, làm cho các loài sinh vật dưới nước bị chết,con người thì thiếu nước sạch để sinh hoạt. ô nhiễm nguồn không khí: các nhà máy đã và đang thải ra môi trường không khí một nguồn khí cacbonic khổng lồ, các loại axit , các loại khí gây hiệu ứng nhà kính. ô nhiễm nguồn đất: đất đai ngày càng bị thoái hóa,bạc màu. từ đó chúng ta cũng có thể thấy được tác hại của sự ô nhiễm môi trường
