chứa nước sạch và một van phao ở vị trí đầu vào của cột lọc, nên lượng nước sau xử lý của cột lọc
đã được điều hòa để đáp ứng sự thay đổi nhu cầu sử dụng nước của hộ gia đình vào các thời điểm
