Job Scope:
Supervise and implements, Coordinate with HR Team (North) in all spectrums of HR functions for the company, covering employment, staff relations and other tasks are given below by HR - Admin Manger.
Key tasks:
1. Employment:
- In charge of recruitment Activities for OPS Management and RSC (all Ops supervisor and management level & RSC below level) included cáo posting, screening, interviewing, reference checking and tiến hành (if cần).
- Supervise and support the HR Recruitment Team ( R & S) can tremor smoothly and followed up HR Procedures always well done.
- Prepare, check and file staff personal document cả print soft copy and hard copy of gán restaurants / RSC follow as HR Procedures.
- Monitor the recruitment process (medical check-up , uniform measurement, term clarification, Labor contract etc.).
- Conduct orientation for new hires RSC.
- Maintain a systematic inventory of potencial Candidates for future retrieval.
- Build up the appropriate networks to source for current or future openings Candidates.
- Follow up and update the system of job description, company and Departmental organization chart Periodically.
- Assist to plan, monitor and update annually recruitment budget. 2. Compliance: - Assist HR Preparing internal audit print and store check of authority. - Prepare periodic reports as gán by HRA Manager. 3. Training & Development / Project: - Support / follow up training projects như JM Management Trainee, Internship program, management trainee, English club, RSC hoạt training ... - Support to deploy LTIP Survey, Employer Branding, EVP ... 4. Staff Relations: - Coordinate to Organize and deploy the employee's Voice of the Champions program. - Conduct exit interview for Supervisory and general staff. - Organize company Activities to Ensure staff relations and Maintain working culture as communication session, sport Activities, team building, YEP, CSR ... - Supervise to plan, monitor and update annually budget of Activities. 5. C & B Support: - In charge of Attendance record, Annual Leave ... RSC HN every month. - Support OPS understanding and Implementing HR Procedures. - Other CONDUCT program and activities from Assistant HR Manager and HR & Admin Manager plan. Other tasks are given below by HR & Admin Manager. Job Requirement: Education / Training Qualifications: BA degree Social Sciences print / Business Administration Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience HR Field. Knowledge / Skills / Personalities: - Knowledge of Vietnam Labor law, policies / Procedures Regarding Human Resource Management (PIT, Social / Medical Insurance, Visa / Work Permit for expatriates ...). - Pleasant and outgoing personality. - Good Computer skills, good English and the local dialect. - Ability to work under high pressure. - Problem Solving skills and have Leadership skill. Good human relations (ER print organization).
