 Chênh lệch áp suất qua máy nghiền
Chênh áp qua máy nghiền thể hiện tình trạng bên trong của máy nghiền, tức là mối quan hệ giữa lượng khí và lượng vật liệu nghiền. Giá trị chênh lệch áp suất thay đổi cho thấy mối quan hệ này đang thay đổi, đây là cơ sở để thay đổi tốc độ cấp liệu cho phù hợp.
- Nếu chênh áp quá thấp mà áp suất quạt còn có thể tăng được, điểm đặt chênh áp của thiết bị điều khiển chênh áp có thể tăng dần, nghĩa là cấp liệu có thể tăng dần mà không cần thay đổi áp lực nghiền.
- Chênh áp đạt giới hạn khi xuất hiện các điều kiện sau : áp suất tĩnh quy định của quạt 5F1.FN01 đạt, nhiều hạt mịn lọt xuống vành phân phối gió hoặc công suất tiêu thụ của động cơ chính của máy nghiền vượt giá trị Pmax . Trong điều kiện này cần giảm cấp liệu máy nghiền.
