Sắp triển khai thu phí tự động không dừng trên toàn quốc


Ông Nguyễn Viết Huy, Phó Vụ trưởng Vụ PPP (Bộ Giao thông Vận tải), cho biết Bộ đang xây dựng Tờ trình Chính phủ về việc thu phí sử dụng đường bộ theo hình thức tự động không dừng để có thể áp dụng rộng rãi hình thức này trên toàn quốc.

Theo dự thảo Tờ trình của Bộ Giao thông Vận tải, nguyên tắc chuyển đổi sang việc thu phí từ bằng tay sang hình thức tự động không dừng phải bảo đảm không làm tăng mức phí sử dụng đường bộ mà chủ phương tiện phải trả, bảo mật thông tin cá nhân của người sử dụng.

Việc điều hành, quản lý tài khoản và thu phí sẽ được tiến hành chung thông qua một hệ thống điều hành và cơ sở dữ liệu trung tâm.
