Bài 5: PHẢN ỨNG SINH HÓA
A. Phản ứng sinh hóa với huyết tương thỏ
 Chuẩn bị: micropipette, 2 ống nghiệm, đèn cồn, que cấy, nước muối vô trùng, huyết tương thỏ đông khô.
 Mục đích: thử nghiệm khả năng làm đông tụ huyết tương bởi emzyme Coagulase.
 Tiến hành:
- Dùng micropipette hút 1ml nước muối sinh lý vô trùng cho vào lọ huyết tương thỏ đông khô. Sau đó lăn nhẹ trong lòng bàn tay cho huyết tương tan hoàn toàn.
- Dùng pipette lúc nãy hút 1ml nước muối sinh lý vô trùng cho vào ống thạch nghiêng NA rồi lắc đều cho đến khi tạo thành huyền dịch đục.
- Dùng micropipette hút 0,5µl huyền dịch vi khuẩn cho vào lọ huyết tương thỏ rồi lan nhẹ trong lòng bàn tay.
- Sau đó ủ và xem kết quả sau 4/ 6/ 8/ 12h.
 Kết quả : Sau 12h nghiêng nhẹ lọ huyết tương thỏ không có hiện tượng đông tụ vì vậy kết luận mẫu vi khuẩn đem kiểm tra không phải Sta.aureus

 Preparation: micropipette, 2 test tubes, Bunsen burner, implants, saline sterile, lyophilized rabbit plasma.
 Purpose: Test the ability of plasma coagulation by enzymes coagulase.
 Procedure:
- Use suction micropipette 1ml sterile saline solution into vials for lyophilized rabbit plasma. Then roll lightly in the hand to completely dissolve the plasma.
- Using a suction pipette earlier 1ml sterile saline into the tube for fossil NA tilt and shake until the turbid suspension forming.
- Using a micropipette smoking 0,5μl inoculum entered rabbit serum vial and then spread slightly in the palm.
- Then incubate and see results after 4/6/8/12.
 results: after 12h the bottle slightly tilted rabbit plasma no coagulation phenomenon so conclusions bring test bacteria samples not Sta.aureus
