13.2.1. Các yêu cầu chung

TECHGELcó trách nhiệm cung cấp đầy đủ thiết bị sơ cứu phù hợp để phục vụ người lao động nếu họ bị bệnh hoặc bị thương khi thi công dự án
Nhà thầu chính và nhà thầu phụ phải tổ chức khoá huấn luyện cho nhân viên sơ cứu tối thiểu 10% trên tổng số nhân lực. Công tác huấn luyện và cấp chứng chỉ sơ cứu được thực hiện bởi một tổ chức / bệnh viện / đơn vị y tế được phê duyệt
TECHGELcũng có trách nhiệm thông báo cho tất cả các nhân viên và nhà thầu phụ về việc công tác sơ cứu.
Nhà thầu phải xem xét và cung cấp đầy đủ thiết bị / dụng cụ sơ cứu thích hợp theo những tiêu chí sau:
• Số lượng nhân viên.
• Tính chất công việc.
• Quy mô dự án và sự phân bổ người lao động .
• Địa điểm dự án và khu vực mà người lao động cần đi tới trong khoảng thời gian thực hiện công việc của mình
• Phân bổ công việc theo ca.
• Quãng đường tới trạm y tế địa phương.
Có hướng dẫn cụ thể cho từng người lao động lối đi thích hợp vào phòng sơ cứu.
Một công trường xây dựng tập trung hoặc ít tập trung có thể được cung cấp tiện ích về điều kiện y tế tập trung như trạm y tế .
Với số lượng nhân viên phân tán trên phạm vị rộng của dự án thì cần phân bổ thiết bị y tế và nhân viên đã qua huấn luyện sơ cứu ở nhiều địa điểm thích hợp.
