18.2 Máy móc, trang thiết bị, các chương trình, phần mềm... của BÊN B sử dụng trong quá trình thực hiện CÔNG VIỆC phải đảm bảo yêu cầu kỹ thuật, quy chuẩn, được nghiệm thu theo quy định hiện hành của nhà nước trong lĩnh vực thiết kế và lập dự toán và đầy đủ hồ sơ bao gồm: xuất xứ, catalogue, giấy phép sử dụng và đang trong tình trạng sử dụng tốt, đầy đủ khả năng để phục vụ CÔNG VIỆC, được đăng kiểm theo quy định hiện hành của Nhà nước (trong truờng hợp pháp luật Việt Nam hay thông lệ quốc tế yêu cầu).
