Sản xuất đường mía là một trong những thế mạnh của Công ty và ngày càng được nâng lên qua quá trình đầu tư mở rộng. Vụ ép năm 2012 - 2013 toàn công ty đạt tổng công suất 8.929 tấn mía/ngày. Trong đó, Nhà máy Đường Phổ Phong hoạt động với công suất ép 2.042 tấn mía/ngày và Nhà máy Đường An Khê đạt công suất ép 6.887 tấn mía/ngày. Sản phẩm đường đạt 122.657 tấn, tăng 12% so với năm 2012.
