 Hướng dẫn công nhân sử dụng các máy móc và thiết bị kiểm tra.
 Tiếp nhận phản hồi từ phía khách hàng.
 Tìm các nguyên nhân gây phát sinh ra hàng hỏng và đưa ra biện pháp khắc phục.
 Quản lý các máy móc và thiết bị kiểm tra, lập kế hoạch kiểm định các thiết bị kiểm tra.
 Lập báo cáo để báo cáo cấp trên.
