Ngoài các quyền và nghĩa vụ được qu

Ngoài các quyền và nghĩa vụ được quy định trong các điều khoản khác của Hợp đồng này, Bên B còn có các quyền và nghĩa vụ sau đây:

 Cung cấp bản sao các hồ sơ pháp lý doanh nghiệp của Bên B;
 Không tiến hành mua, bán các Sản phẩm với các Nhà sản xuất khác tại Thái Lan, trừ trường hợp được Bên A cho phép bằng văn bản;
 Hoàn trả sản phẩm không đạt yêu cầu do lỗi Bên A;
 Thực hiện đúng các cam kết được ghi trong Hợp đồng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

In addition to the rights and obligations set forth in the terms of the contract, party B has the following rights and obligations: provided copies of records of business legal Side B; Do not conduct the buy, sell the products with other manufacturers in Thailand, except with the written permission for A Party; returned unsatisfactory products party A fault; done properly the commitments stated in the contract.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

In addition to the rights and obligations set forth in other provisions of this contract, Party B also has the following rights and obligations:

 Refund unsatisfactory products Party A fault;
