Nghiên cứu tổng thể và chi tiết toàn bộ đồ án thiết kế cụ thể đối với từng hạng mục, chi tiết để phát hiện các điều tồn tại bất hợp lí trong đồ án cũng như sự thiếu hợp lí liên quan giữa các bộ phận, công việc và tổng thể đồ án để kịp thời đề xuất với Chủ đầu tư và các cơ quan liên quan như tư vấn thiết kế, tư vấn giám sát kỹ thuật xây dựng.
