Trong đó, tỷ lệ bãi bỏ thuế quan của các nước ASEAN là 98% nhưng với các nước Việt Nam, Lào, Campuchia, Myanma mới chỉ đạt 91% và sẽ cố gắng đạt mức 98% vào năm 2018. "Mức bãi bỏ thuế quan của hiệp định đối tác kinh tế xuyên Thái Bình Dương (TPP) đối với Việt Nam là 100% nhưng phải đến năm 2028 mới có hiệu lực và đến năm 2018 mới chỉ dự kiến đạt từ 65 - 86%", ông Hưng cho biết thêm.
