Trong thời gian bảo hành 02 (hai) năm, nếu quá trình sử dụng và vận hành hệ thống gặp sự cố hoặc bất kì lỗi kỹ thuật nào khiến hệ thống không hoạt động được, Bên A có quyền yêu cầu Bên B hỗ trợ hoặc cử nhân viên sang sửa chữa, kiểm tra, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật để đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động trở lại bình thường;

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

During the warranty period of 2 (two) years, if the process used and the operating system to crash or any technical fault would cause the system to not work, party A has the right to request Party B supporting staffs or to fix, test, technical support to ensure the system works back to normal;

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

During the warranty 02 (two) years, if the process of using and operating the system crashes or any other technical errors that the system does not work, Party A Party B may request assistance or send staff to repair, inspection and technical support to ensure that the system returns to normal operation;
