Trường hợp Bên A đã nhận đủ lượng hàng theo vận đơn mà Bên B mới phát hiện có hàng tổn thất thì Bên A vẫn phải nhận lượng hàng tổn thất được chia theo tỷ lệ vận đơn và phải trả lại lượng hàng sạch đã đã nhận thừa để Bên B giao lại theo tỷ lệ vận đơn cho các chủ hàng còn lại.
