Thời gian hoạt động từ 7:00 – 23:00, nhân viên part – time được chia ra làm 3 ca trực (sáng: 7:00 – 12:00; chiều: 12:00 – 17:00; tối: 18:00 – 23:00). Nhân viên full – time và quản lí có 2 ca chính (từ 6:30 – 14:30 hoặc 14:30 – 22:30)
Mỗi ca sẽ có 6 nhân viên làm việc bào gồm 1 quản lí và 5 nhân viên. Mỗi nhân viên chỉ được trực 1 ca/ngày để đảm bảo sức khỏe và chất lương làm việc. Ngoài ra, thời gian từ 17:00 – 18:00 sẽ chỉ có quản lí và nhân viên full time làm việc. Đối với trường hợp nghỉ phép cần thông báo trước 2 ngày để quản lí có thời gian tìm người khác trực thay vào ca đó. Nhân viên được nghỉ phép 4 ngày/ tháng.
