Mục đích của luận văn là đưa ra những quan điểm và một số biện pháp nhằm hoàn thiện hoạt động phát triển năng lực lãnh đạo với trọng tâm là nghiên cứu năng lực lãnh đạo của đội ngũ quản lý cấp cao tại Công ty Cổ phần Phát triển Giáo dục Việt Nam – VPBOX
Để hoàn thành mục đích của đề tài đã đặt ra như trên, nhiệm vụ của đề tài cần tập trung giải quyết các vấn đề cơ bản sau:
Tổng hợp lý luận chung về lãnh đạo, năng lực lãnh đạo, các yếu tố cấu thành nên năng lực lãnh đạo
- Vận dụng phương pháp, lý luận để phân tích thực trạng năng lực lãnh đạo của đội ngũ quản lý cấp cao tại Công ty Cổ phần Phát triển Giáo dục Việt Nam – VPBOX
- Đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm phát triển năng lực lãnh đạo của đội ngũ quản lý cấp cao tại Công ty Cổ phần Phát triển Giáo dục Việt Nam – VPBOX

7. Những đóng góp mới của luận văn:
- Thông qua nghiên cứu định tính luận văn đã đánh giá toàn diện thực trạng năng lực lãnh đạo của đội ngũ quản lý cấp cao tại Công ty Cổ phần Phát triển Giáo dục Việt Nam – VPBOX
- Dựa trên những kết quả nghiên cứu tác giả đã đề xuất một số giải pháp khả thi nhằm phát triển năng lực lãnh đạo của đội ngũ quản lý cấp cao tại Công ty Cổ phần Phát triển Giáo dục Việt Nam – VPBOX
