Thân chào Bella,
Rất vui khi nhận được thư của bạn. Đến hôm nay tôi mới kiểm tra thư vì mấy ngày vừa qua tôi rất bận rộn vì sự qua đời của một người bạn thân, trên Facebook tôi có tâm sự.
Thật sự tôi rất bất ngờ khi đọc xong nội dung thư của bạn, tâm trạng tôi hiện tại rất khó tả, vẫn đang có nhiều câu hỏi, nhiều điều muốn tâm sự, cũng như nhiều điều chia sẻ, ……
Hãy nói về tôi trước, tôi thật sự hiện rất cô đơn và mong muốn kết hôn, công việc thì cũng đang ổn định mặc dù thu nhập hàng tháng chỉ đủ chi phí nhu cầu cuộc sống hàng ngày. Tất cả những chia sẽ của Nam trong thư trước là hoàn toàn chân thật. Mong muốn có thật nhiều bạn mới để tâm sự, chia sẽ, biết đâu gặp được một nữa còn lại của cuộc đời Nam, hihi
Về vấn đề mà bạn nói vói tôi, tôi có một số điều cần nói với bạn như sau:
1. Bạn có biết rằng 14.500.000 $ là một số tiền khủng khiếp đối với hầu hết các công ty tư nhân trên đất nước tôi không ? Nó là cơ hội làm thay đổi cuộc đời của những người nhận được cơ hội này, thậm chí là cho người thân cũng như những người nhân viên đang làm việc cho họ.
2. Khi một món tiền lớn được chuyển vào tài khoản của một công ty trên đất nước tôi thì nó sẽ được đặt biệt chú ý và họ sẽ tiến hành kiểm tra: Hai công ty, hoặc tổ chức này có quan hệ hợp tác kinh doanh như thế nào ( có Hợp đồng nguyên tắc về sự hợp tác giữa hai bên hay không) ? Mục đích số tiền này dùng để làm gì (mua hàng hóa, góp vốn kinh doanh, …..) ? Công ty được thụ hưởng phải Báo cáo tài chính hàng tháng, hàng năm về số tiền đó ( làm gì, mua gì, lợi nhuấn bao nhiêu, thua lỗ bao nhiêu, còn lại bao nhiêu….)...
3. Nếu như là cá nhân thì cũng như vậy: quan hế thế nào, tại sao lại chuyển cho bạn một khoản tiền lớn như thế, ……..
4. Mọi tổ chức, cá nhận khi giao dịch bằng ngoại tệ (đô la, bảng Anh, euro,…) đều phải qua ngân hàng. Ví dụ như: Bạn chuyển dô la cho tôi, tôi phải làm các thủ tục bán đô la để rút tiền việt nam đồng: tôi muốn chuyển đô la cho bạn thì tôi phải làm thủ tục mua đô la rồi mới chuyển cho bạn được. Tôi phải có hai tài khoản tại ngân hàng đó, một tài khoản ngoại tệ và một tài khoản tiền việt.
Nếu những vấn đề trên được giải quyết thì nó sẽ là một mối quan hệ thương mại quốc tế bình thường. Còn không thì mối quan hệ đó sẽ vi phạm pháp luật tại đất nước tôi, họ sẽ gọi nó là “rửa tiền”.
Vì công ty hiện nay tôi đang làm cũng có xuất nhập khẩu: tôi nhập vật tư từ Trung Quốc về và xuất salon, sofa qua UK nên tôi cũng có một ít hiểu biết về vấn đề mà bạn đã đề cập.
