Chẩn bị nguyên liệu :
- 1kg bột nếp.
- Lá dứa.
- 1/2kg đậu xanh (bóc vỏ).
- Gừng.
- Muối, đường, hành tím.
- Nước cốt dừa, 1 ít sữa tươi.
- 1 ít mè rang vàng
Cách nấu “Chè Trôi Nước”:
1. Cắt nhỏ lá dứa cho vào máy xay sinh tố cùng với 1 bát nước lọc xay nhuyễn, vắt lấy nước cốt. Cho lên bếp đun sôi.
2. Cho bột nếp ra tô, từ từ cho nước lá dứa còn nóng vào nhào bột nếp cho mịn và có màu xanh lá dứa thật đều đẹp.
3. Đậu xanh đem luộc hoặc hấp chin đánh nhuyễn.
4. Hành tím cát lát phi thơm cùng dầu ăn.
5. Cho đậu xanh + hành phi trộn đều nặn thành viên tròn đường kính khoảng 2cm.

Cách dùng “Chè Trôi Nước”:
Khi ăn múc chè ra bát cho thêm 1 chút nước cốt dừa rắc thêm tí mè là có thể măm măm.
