2. Greeting
When having a tenant / guest ... come to visit the clubhouse:
- For tenant / visitor who come to the front desk, stand up; added with a smile greet and a standard greeting như "Hello / Good morning / Good afternoon / Good evening. How unfortunately I help you?"
- Making small talk with tenant / guest is okay as it does not interfere as dragon with phone DUTIES or other calls.
- Listen attentively what tenant / guest wants.
- Do not interrupt khi tenant / guest speaking.
- emphasize with the tenant and show positive body language.
- You shouldnt ask questions presented if you are unclear.
- Take notes, write to logbook and prepare tenant's request if having.
