Cân 1g pepton hòa tan bằng nước cất

Cân 1g pepton hòa tan bằng nước cất đến 1000ml, đun nóng nếu cần. Chỉnh pH bằng NaOH 1M hoặc HCl 1M sao cho sau khi tiệt trùng pH đạt 7.0  0.2 ở 25oC (nếu cần). Tiệt trùng bằng nồi hấp tiệt trùng ở 121oC trong thời gian 15 phút. Bảo quản trong tủ lạnh ở 2-8oC

Weight 1 g of soluble pepton using distilled water to 1000 ml, heated if necessary. Adjust the pH with NaOH 1 m or 1 m HCl solution to pH 7.0 achieved the sterilization after  0.2 at 25° c (if needed). Sterilization by autoclave sterilization at 121oC, 15 minutes in duration. Stored in a refrigerator at 2-8oC
