Đội ngũ này sẽ ngày càng được nhân rộng về số lượng, được đầu tư về chất lượng và sẽ là lực lượng nòng cốt khiến mô hình thực sự ngày càng lớn mạnh và đóng góp tích cực vào sự phát triển của giới trẻ và của toàn xã hội. Đến nay, Liên minh Nữ thủ lĩnh trẻ đã phát triển mạnh mẽ, có mặt ở các tỉnh thành phố lớn trên cả nước: Hà Nội, Thái Nguyên, Đà Nẵng, thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Cần Thơ với số lượng thành viên chính thức hơn 50 bạn và hàng trăm Cộng tác viên, tình nguyện viên… với các hoạt động phong phú, đa dạng, tác động tích cực, mạnh mẽ đến giới trẻ và xã hội. Ngày hội thủ lĩnh trẻ được tổ chức thường kỳ trong năm là cơ hội cho các nữ thủ lĩnh trẻ được giao lưu với các bạn sinh viên tài năng đến từ khắp các trường đại học trên địa bàn Hà Nội và trong cả nước, sẽ mở rộng tầm khu vực... Bên cạnh đó là các dự án mới được triển khai, như dự án: Lãnh đạo tiềm năng khởi động từ hè 2015 hướng đến các nữ sinh nghèo có nghị lực vươn lên trong cuộc sống.
Trong suốt quá trình hình thành và phát triển của mình, chúng tôi đã vinh dự nhận được sự quan tâm, ủng hộ của Ban cố vấn là những chuyên gia, chính khách uy tín, hàng đầu. Bên cạnh đó, chúng tôi còn vinh hạnh nhận được cam kết huấn luyện của chuyên gia tâm huyết dành cho nhóm, sự cam kết và giúp đỡ của VTV6, Dự án Viêt Nam Minh bạch (VTP) của Ngân Hàng Thế Giới, Công ty sự kiện và truyền thông xã hội GConcept. Đặc biệt, Quỹ Hợp tác và Phát triển cũng đã cam kết trách nhiệm đảm bảo cho sự phát triển bền vững của mô hình, hỗ trợ thiết kế, xây dựng và triển khai chương trình, đồng thời hỗ trợ gây quỹ cho việc tổ chức và triển khai mô hình lâu dài và rộng rãi trên cả nước. Một điều chắn chắn là: Mô hình "nữ thủ lĩnh trẻ" không thể phát triển bền vững và nhân rộng cả về chất và về lượng nếu thiếu sự hỗ trợ của Ban Cố vấn, cũng như các hỗ trợ về tài chính, nhân lực, vật lực của các nhà tài trợ, các đối tác truyền thông, doanh nghiệp...
Từ một nhóm nhỏ ban đầu, chúng tôi đã nỗ lực hành động, lan tỏa và đạt được thành quả nhất định. Chúng tôi tin tưởng rằng mô hình Nữ thủ lĩnh trẻ với ý nghĩa thiết thực của nó sẽ tác động mạnh hơn, nhiều hơn vào sự phát triển của nữ giới, của giới trẻ nói riêng và vào sự phát triển của xã hội nói chung.
