- Trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng, người lao động phải cam kết luôn giữ bí mật và không tiết lộ cho bất kỳ ai (ngoại trừ những người mà trách nhiệm công việc của họ liên quan đến việc thực hiện hợp đồng này) về bất kỳ thông tin nào liên quan đến hoạt động kinh doanh của Bên Sử dụng lao động, giá trị của hợp đồng (bao gồm lương, phụ cấp…), danh sách khách hàng, điểm bán, hoặc bất kỳ bí mật thương mại, công nghệ hoặc các bí quyết khác, kế hoạch kinh doanh, tài trợ hoặc bất kỳ thông tin nào tương tự liên quan đến khách hàng, nhà cung cấp hoặc công ty liên kết với Bên Sử dụng lao động; hoặc lợi dụng những thông tin này gây thiệt hại đến lợi ích của Bên Sử dụng lao động, vào bất kỳ thời điểm nào. Nếu Bên Người lao động vi phạm điều khoản bảo mật này phải xử lý theo luật định và bồi thường thiệt hại thực tế cho Bên Sử dụng lao động.
