Sản phẩm trước khi qua đóng gói cần được QC kiểm tra chất lượng với tần suất 3 lần/ ca. QC sẽ thực hiện kiểm tra cảm quan bằng mắt, sản phẩm đạt là sản phẩm không được có bavia, không bị gãy, vỡ, không dính tạp chất, không bị biến dạng, không bị thiếu keo, không bị dơ.
-Trường hợp BTP không đạt chất lượng nhưng không ảnh hưởng đến VSATSP sẽ cho tiến hành xay tái chế, các trường hợp còn lại (sp rớt xuống nền nhà, sp dính dầu mỡ,...)thì sẽ loại bỏ phế phảm.
