Một số nội quy Công ty đã được ban Giám đốc thông qua như sau :

A. Nghỉ không phép :

1. Nghỉ 1 ngày không phép : bị trừ 100.000 vnđ tiền chuyên cần và nhận một tờ biên bản cảnh cáo.
2. Nghỉ 2 ngày không phép : bị trừ 200.000 vnđ tiền chuyên cần và nhận 2 tờ biên bản cảnh cáo.
3. Nghỉ 3 ngày không phép : trừ 300.000 vnđ tiền chuyên cần và nhận 3 tờ biên bản cảnh cáo.

B. Nghỉ có phép :

1. Nghỉ 1 ngày có phép : bị trừ 100.000 vnđ tiền chuyên cần
2. Nghỉ 2 ngày có phép : bị trừ 200.000 vnđ tiền chuyên cần
3. Nghỉ 3 ngày có phép : bị trừ 300.000 vnđ tiền chuyên cần

C. Nghỉ phép năm được tính công bình thường phải xin trước 3 ngày

D. Đi trễ hay về sớm có phép : tính ngày công theo số giờ làm còn lại


E. Đi trễ hay về sớm không phép : tính ngày công theo số giờ làm còn lại và nhận 1 tờ biên bản cảnh cáo.

Nghỉ phép năm cuối năm 2016 do công nhân viên lựa chọn :
1. Nghỉ ngày phép năm
2. Nhận tiền phép năm

Chú ý :

Nhận 3 tờ biên bản cảnh cáo trong tháng sẽ cho thôi việc.
