2.9 Phụ cấp học việc/đào tạo: là khoản phụ cấp trả cho nhân viên trong thời gian học việc hoặc khi chuyển đổi công tác sang một vị trí mới cần thời gian để làm quen với công việc mới. Khoản phụ cấp này cũng được trả dựa trên sự phê duyệt của Tổng giám đốc theo từng trường hợp cụ thể.
