20.1 Tất cả thông báo, đồng ý, yêu cầu các hình thức liên lạc khác (gọi chung là “Thông báo”) được một Bên uỷ quyền, yêu cầu cung cấp hoặc đưa ra theo Hợp Đồng này phải được lập thành văn bản bằng tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt có đầy đủ chữ ký của đại diện có thẩm quyền của Bên đó và được chuyển đi bằng đường thư tín có dấu xác nhận của bưu điện hoặc bằng telex hoặc chuyển fax hoặc các phương tiện điện tử khác theo địa chỉ dưới đây:

Thông Báo này sẽ được xem là gửi hợp lệ và được bên nhận nhận được:
a. Ngay khi được phát nếu Thông báo được gửi bằng thư bảo đảm;
b. Ngay khi nhận được mã trả lời của người nhận nếu Thông Báo được gửi bằng telex;
