Lạm phát của Eurozone trong tháng 12/2015 chỉ ở mức 0,2%, còn cách xa mục tiêu ngân hàng này đặt ra trước đó là dưới 2%. Với thành quả không mấy “ngọt ngào” này, người đứng đầu ECB Mario Draghi bị giới quan sát “kết tội” rằng đã làm giảm độ tin cậy của ECB, thậm chí còn gây cản trở cho việc kinh tế Eurozone hồi phục.
