The findings of this study showed that total quality management barriers the most important industry in India is: "there is no benchmark of the company's other practices" and "employee resistance to change". Analysis of factor of 21 potential barriers to total quality management to be revealed in the following basic structure: customer orientation lack, lack of planning for quality, lack of involvement, lack of management commitment, and lack of resources.
