Do vậy, khu vực tư nhân sẽ có động lực và các giải pháp (về công nghệ, quản lý,
sử dụng nguồn lực…) nhằm giảm thiểu chi phí (vận hành và bảo trì) trong suốt
vòng đời của công trình, dự án. Điều này sẽ góp phần đáng kể trong việc khắc
phục sự chậm trễ trong bảo hành, bảo dưỡng hệ thống máy soi container hiện
nay của ngành Hải quan.
