o Trường hợp khách hàng bị hủy gói do chậm thanh toán nhân viên cửa hàng/đài hỗ trợ trả lời khách hàng có thể hỗ trợ khách hàng khôi phục lại gói => ĐTV nhập FB và XLV sẽ nhập PAKH để TTC hỗ trợ. Lưu ý: trường hợp này, KH phải thanh toán đầy đủ, GDV/ĐTV mới tiếp nhận hỗ trợ.
o Trong thời gian sử dụng gói cước cam kết (là thời gian 12 chu kỳ có phát sinh tiền gói cước cam kết), KH phải thanh toán toàn bộ tiền cước phát sinh bao gồm tiền gói và cước phát sinh ngoài gói.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
