- Bên B thông báo cho bên A văn phòng của bên B đang hoạt động tại Việt Nam, nếu nằm ngoài trụ sở của bên A và được bên A chấp thuận. Thông báo cho bên A bằng văn bản hoặc email (địa chỉ) tên nhân viên đại diện và nhân viên làm việc giám sát của bên B)

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Side B inform party A party B's Office are active in Vietnam, if located outside the headquarters of A party and A party was approved. Notify party A written or email (address) name of employee representatives and employees do the monitoring of side B)

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- Party B will notify Party A to Party B's offices currently operating in Vietnam, if located outside the headquarters of the party A and party A is approved. A notifying party in writing or email (address) representing the employees name and employee supervision of Party B)
