Mức lao động là lượng lao động hợp lý nhất được quy định để chế tạo ra một sản phẩm hay hoàn thành một công việc nhất định đúng tiêu chuẩn và chất lượng trong các điều kiện tổ chức – kỹ thuật-tâm sinh lý và xã hội xác định .
- Hiện nay công ty đang áp dụng các loại mức sản lượng , mức biên chế, mức thời gian.
+ Mức sản lượng được áp dụng cho công nhân sản xuất trực tiếp, lương của công nhân sẽ phụ thuộc vào sản phẩm của mình làm ra là bao nhiêu.
+ Mức biên chế được áp dụng cho công nhân vận hành máy móc thiết bị của công ty trong dây truyền sản xuất.
+ Mức thời gian được áp dụng cho nhân viên quản lý gián tiếp. Đơn vị tính là công của từng tháng để từ đó tính lương cuối tháng.
