Tôi từng là lớp trưởng suốt 3 năm cấp 3. Tôi tự tin vào khả năng lãnh đạo và giao tiếp của mình. Vì vậy tôi có xu hướng ôm đồm trách nhiệm về mình vì tôi muốn được thể hiện mình nhiều hơn. Chính vì vậy trong một hoạt động sinh hoạt của lớp tôi đã không thể hoàn thành trọn vẹn công việc của lớp. Sau đó các bạn trong lớp đã cùng nhau hỗ trợ tôi giải quyết những công việc còn lại nhưng đó là một bài học đáng giá cho tôi. Trong một tập thể ta phải biết phát huy hết mức tinh thần đoàn kết, phải tự tin nhưng cũng cần nắm rõ giới hạn của mình

I used to be the Chief class during 3 years. I am confident in the ability of his communication and leadership. Then classmates got together to support me solve the remaining work but it's a valuable lesson for me. In a collective one must know to fulfill the spirit of unity, to be confident, but also need to know your limits
