3.3 Nghiệm thu, bàn giao công trình
Sau khi bên B lắp đặt hoàn thiện toàn bộ công việc theo hợp đồng, bên A sẽ nghiệm thu kết quả công việc của bên B ngay sau khi nhận được đề nghị nghiệm thu của bên B. Kết quả nghiệm thu sẽ được 2 bên xác nhận bằng văn bản làm cơ sở cho việc thanh quyết toán hợp đồng.
