Ngoại trừ có thỏa thuận khác trong văn bản này, từng điều khoản và điều kiện ở đây sẽ ràng buộc và có hiệu lực đối với lợi ích của Các bên, và bất kỳ Bên nào cũng không được chuyển giao Thỏa Thuận này hoặc quyền và nghĩa vụ theo đây cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nếu không có văn bản đồng ý của Bên kia.
