Đề nghị giao kết hợp đồng chấm dứt

Đề nghị giao kết hợp đồng chấm dứt trong các trường hợp sau:
- Bên được đề nghị chấp nhận giao kết hợp đồng;
- Bên được đề nghị trả lời không chấp nhận;
- Hết thời hạn trả lời chấp nhận;
- Khi thông báo về việc thay đổi hoặc rút lại đề nghị có hiệu lực;
- Khi thông báo về việc huỷ bỏ đề nghị có hiệu lực;
- Theo thoả thuận của bên đề nghị và bên được đề nghị trong thời hạn chờ bên được đề nghị trả lời.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Proposed contracts terminated in the following cases:-Recommended Parties to accept delivery of the contract;-The recommended Side did not accept the reply;-Expiry answer accepted;-When notification of change or withdraw the proposal in effect;-When informed of the rescission proposal in effect;-According to the agreement of the parties and recommendation are suggested within the recommended side waiting for reply.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Proposal into a contract terminated in the following circumstances:
- The proposal is accepted into a contract;
- The proposed answer is not acceptable;
- Expiry accepted answer;
- When informed on the change or withdraw the offer takes effect;
- When notified of the cancellation of the offer is valid;
- the agreement between the offeror and the offeree within the offeree awaiting reply .
