Tiền lương cơ bản của người lao động thỏa thuận trên cơ sở quy chế tiền lương của Công ty, được ghi trong hợp đồng lao động. Mức tiền lương này dùng làm cơ sở để tính đóng và hưởng các chế độ bỏa hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp; trả lương ngừng việc, nghỉ ngày lễ, tết, nghỉ hàng năm và các chế độ khác theo quy định của pháp luật.
