Nếu quá ngày 25 tháng 08 năm 2016 mà bên A vẫn chưa thanh toán số tền còn lại cho bên B thì bên A có trách nhiệm thanh toán tiền phạt chậm theo nguyên tắc 0.03% tổng giá trị tiền hàng chưa thanh toán cho 1 ngày chậm thanh toán hợp đồng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If on Aug. 25, 2016, so that A party has still not paid the final quarter-hour left for side B, then party A is responsible for the payment of fines for delay according to the principle of 0.03% of the total value of the outstanding amount for 1 day of payment delay the contract.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If the 25th May 08 2016 Party A does not pay the remaining names to Party B, Party A is responsible for fines for late payments on the principle amount of 0.03% of the total value of goods not paid for 1 day delay contract payments.
