NHIỆM VỤ:
Quản lý, điều hành và thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến các dự án như: Event, PR, Media, Brand Activation, POSM...
Chăm sóc khách hàng thân thiết, hỗ trợ phòng dự án phát triển khách hàng mới.
Phân tích nhu cầu và mục đích, xây dựng chiến lược cho từng dự án.
Phát triển ý tưởng, lập hồ sơ dự án và thuyết trình
Đề xuất ngân sách mua vào và bán ra, lập danh sách đề nghị đối tác thực hiện cho từng dự án.
Kết hợp bộ phận kế toán lập hợp đồng kinh tế và triển khai các vấn đề liên quan đến tài chính của dự án
Kiểm duyệt chất lượng nội dung và các hạng mục sản xuất trong quá trình chuẩn bị.
Quản lý tiến độ thực hiện, Kiểm soát rủi ro trước và trong khi thực hiện chương trình
Tuyển dụng, training cho đội ngũ thực hiện fulltime & partime. Đề xuất với BGĐ cho nhu cầu tuyển dụng.
Tổng duyệt chương trình, tổng chỉ đạo chương trình.
Phân tích và báo cáo kết quả dự án, chốt các vấn đề về công nợ.

Proposed with ANCO BOD for recruitment needs.Of program review, the total direct program.Analysis and results reporting project, latches and problems of debt.
